Responsibilities:
As a Field Manager, you will oversee on-site operations and ensure projects are completed according to plans and specifications, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating construction teams.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Managing daily site operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any challenges or delays.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction with a proven track record as a Field Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: In-dept knowledge in construction procedure, equipment and OSHA guidelines.
- Ability to read plans and perform wall layout.
